I am the 5th generation of the business. The Brennan family started it dating back to the late 1800s. My grandfather taught me both ethical business practices and hard work ethics all while instilling in me that the quality and reputation left with ANY customer is what will drive the success of businesses. To this day I ensure that from estimating a job to the execution, time is of the essence. My grandfather had me working in the business on any high school break and all summer breaks so I could learn the business from the ground up. I spent endless hours side by side learning how to do take offs from bid documents to the tools required to complete projects and the appreciation of the crews that help do the work. Punctuality, responsibility, respect, and humbleness were relevant in any dealing with my grandfather. I took over the company in 2000 after the passing of my grandfather. I put all the tools that I was privileged to learn from him and put them to work. With the continued encouragement from my grandmother in the early years while she was alive, I was able to create the company that is Brentech Inc today. I hope to this day that my grandparents would be proud of who I have become, always remembering the work ethic and morals he instilled in me.
